Are you interested in offering CE credits for your attendees at your upcoming educational event? We can help! Complete the form below, and we will work with your team to certify your presentation and offer a quote. If interested, we are also happy to certify your educational content for unlimited presentations up to one year!
Conferences: If you are looking to have a conference certified, please complete one form for the entire conference. If you are looking to have each session certified individually, please complete one form per session.
**Note: Please allow 30 days for HIS Cornerstone to review and approve the content.
If needing to rush the content review, we can certainly try and accommodate. A $50 rush service charge will be applied to the final invoice for forms submitted less than 30 days prior to the event date.

Continuing Education Accreditations
Nurses – HIS Cornerstone is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
ACMA and CCMC Case Managers – HIS Cornerstone CE courses fit the description of ACMA approved CEs, because HIS Cornerstone is a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. As of July 1, 2020 CCMC recognizes ACMA’s continuing education offerings to meet the requirements of the Certified Case Manager (CCM) credential.
Social Workers – HIS Cornerstone, provider #2082, is approved as an ACE provider to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit. ACE provider approval period: 03/25/2025–03/25/2026.
